A note on these numbers. The returns shown are from the Billionaire's Portfolio model portfolio — the positions we recommended, at the prices we recommended them. Your results will almost certainly be different from ours: you might buy at a slightly different price, sell at a different time, skip a position, or size it differently. You're managing your own account, on your own terms — which is the whole point. For that reason, these results should be considered hypothetical — not because the trades didn't happen, but because your experience of them will be your own. These figures are referenced throughout this page and are subject to this same note.
These investors don't just screen stocks.
They're in the boardroom, fighting for us.
Billionaire investors control their own destiny — they get board seats, push for management changes, force spinoffs and breakups. You can't do what they do. But you can buy what they buy, at the same price, and ride the same catalyst. We identify these situations, research the thesis, and share every detail — so you can invest on the strength of the most powerful capital in the world.

The Process
How a campaign works
1

We Identify the Investor

We track the most successful activist and influential investors globally. When one takes a significant, high-conviction position — through 13D filings, public campaigns, or major stakes — we flag it.

2

We Research the Thesis

We dig into why they're buying. What's the catalyst? What's the target valuation? What's the timeline? Is the risk/reward asymmetric — limited downside, outsized upside?

3

We Alert You

You receive a research note with everything you need: the company, the billionaire, the thesis, the catalyst, and what to do. Plain English. No jargon.

4

You Follow the Lead

Buy what they buy. Wait for the catalyst. When the campaign plays out, we send an exit alert. These investors deploy billions of their own capital — they can't afford to be wrong.

Tested Through Every Environment
Through two Fed tightening cycles, a global pandemic, trade wars, a banking crisis, and the AI revolution — 47 exited campaigns averaging +39.8%.

Sample Research
Inside a research note
Here's what a research note looks like. A preview of a recent campaign — Honeywell (HON).
BR
Bryan Rich · Research Note
February 10, 2026 — Honeywell (HON)

We're following Elliott Management into a high-conviction industrial breakup campaign. In late 2024, Elliott built a stake of more than $5 billion in Honeywell — the largest investment in the history of Singer's fund.

The diagnosis: Honeywell is stuck in a conglomerate model the rest of the industrial world has abandoned. While GE, United Technologies, and Ingersoll Rand all broke themselves up — creating $400B, $170B, and $80B+ in value respectively — Honeywell has been clinging to an outdated structure.

The math: Honeywell Aerospace revenue ($17.8B) at a 26% segment margin, applied to a GE Aerospace multiple (38x trailing PE), gets us roughly $150 billion for Aerospace alone. The market values the entire company at $145 billion. We're getting $20 billion in revenue on $4.4 billion in profit for free…
